To publish to you virtual server using FrontPage 2000 follow the steps below:

• Open your FrontPage web locally and select FILE ->Publish Web
• In the dialog box that will come up enter your domain name (or IP address if your domain is not yet resolving on our server).
• Enter your username and password as provided in your welcome email.

Creating sub-webs in FrontPage 2000:

• With your FrontPage web open right-click on the folder you wish to convert to a sub-web and select the option Convert to Web.
• Select Yes in the FrontPage warning that will come up.

Deleting sub-webs in FrontPage 2000:

• With your FrontPage web open right-click on the sub-web you wish to delete.
• Select the option Delete then confirm.

When deleting sub-webs in particularly large FP web-sites we suggest you first convert to folder (right-click the sub-web then select Convert to Folder) then delete the folder in question.

Should you get an error message we suggest you recalculate links then try deleting again. If the problem persists contact tech support .

Many FrontPage errors can be fixed by recalculating FP links. Amongst some of the issues that recalculating links will resolve are:

• Errors when submitting a FP form
• Errors when deleting a file or folder in FP
• Errors when using FP search form.

To recalculate links in FrontPage open your FP web (or sub-web) on our server, select Tools -> Recalculate Links.

This process may take several minutes depending on the size of your FrontPage web.
