Once you have signed up for an account with @iPower you will receive a welcome email from our technical support team. Accounts are usually setup within 24 hours.

Your welcome email will contain information about your virtual server, passwords and various other resources. If you should have any questions or comments please feel free to contact technical support.

Your IP Address

At signup you will be immediately be assigned an IP address. You will receive your IP address in your welcome email. Please note that the Presence Account does not have a unique IP address.

Publishing

You can use your IP address to publish your pages while you are waiting for InterNIC to update it's records. Please note that InterNIC may take up to one week to update their database. You may use any FTP client or Microsoft FrontPage to publish your pages.

FRONTPAGE EXTENSIONS CANNOT BE INSTALLED ON NT PRESENCE ACCOUNTS UNTIL THE DOMAIN RESOLVES ON OUR SERVERS.
