What happens when my account expires?

If you pay via bank transfer, your payment must be received prior to the expiry date. If your payment is not received in time, a reminder will be sent per e-mail. If the payment remains outstanding after 10 days, your account will be suspended (including web, FTP and email services) and an e-mail will be sent to the customer. At that moment, the customer will be charged a 20 € arrears penalty. If we have not received payment after 5 days, or the customer has failed to contact us to arrange for some other form of payment, the account will be completely removed from our servers. In order to reactivate the account, the customer will be charged set-up costs + 25 € as a reactivation penalty.

These payment terms are non-negotiable.
