If you are trying to place an EXE file in your web directories for downloading
purposes, but instead of downloading the file, the server attempts to execute
it, please contact technical support with
the name of the directory you want the files downloaded from.
The problem is that the directory you are attempting to place the file in is
marked to allow executable programs. So when the server sees your EXE, it will
try to run it. When you email us with the directory you want to allow downloads
from, we will remove the executable properties of that directory.
